Ginny Carter, Administrative Director

Ginny Carter is the Administrative Director at Source Point Training. In most cases, she is the first point of contact for those inquiring about Source Point Training programs and the community. Ginny brings her strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills, along with her beautiful, calm and flexible professionalism to Source Point Training.

Before joining Source Point Training, she spent more than 19 years in corporate America, including 17 years in human resources with an emphasis in employee benefits and employee assistance plans and services. Ginny also applied her strong interpersonal skills to serving as Founding Administrator for the first new elementary school in her home district.

Ginny is credentialed with ICF as an Associate Certified Coach and is also a Certified Dream Coach®, Dream Coach® Group Leader, and a Certified Family Coach. In 2009, she became affiliated with her state’s CASA Program, (Court Appointed Special Advocate), taking a stand and being a voice for the children in the foster care system.

Ginny shares her passion and enthusiasm for Source Point Training programs with individuals interested in personal or professional growth and development. Her heart and authentic commitment to serving others supports Source Point Training values each day as they work to develop collaborative partnerships.
