SOURCE POINT TRAINING INTRODUCES LEADERSHIP COACH CERTIFICATION

Through our EXPERIENTIAL Leadership Coach Training, you will have a rigorous opportunity for 4 days to renew, restore, or ignite what it means to you to stand for self and others in the possibility of being a leader. You will examine your attitudes, assumptions, or beliefs that have you standing where you are today as a coach. All of the leadership principles that are coached in our Leadership Source training will be explored in a way that you have the skills to coach and model them for others.
• You will face your current results and examine the barriers to your declared performance
• You will connect or reconnect solidly with your purpose and vision
• You will receive feedback on how you project to others and areas to strengthen your leadership coaching
• You will complete a “letter of accomplishment” in this training and be coached on the specific actions required to be 100% complete in all areas
• You will be clear on what it takes to really live from Leadership Principles moment to moment
• You will understand the difference in coaching from psychological assessment vs. committed action
• You will be a stand for accountability at all times
• You will practice enrollment skills that will challenge others to raise the bar, take risks and achieve new levels of performance and results
• You will learn to provide feedback in a clear, concise and empowering way
• People you coach will operate from purpose and vision versus circumstances or convenience
We have spent years coaching leadership principles and have trained coaches to effectively coach leadership distinctions. NEVER BEFORE have we offered this type of high energy, deep engagement experiential coach training. This 4 day training will change how you see yourself, how you see others and increase your coaching effectiveness. You will have an understanding and experience of what it means to really take a stand as a leader.
