Source Point Training is honored to welcome the following Leadership Source Faculty Coaches. They will be participating in the 2012 Leadership Source trainings to be held in San Diego, CA; Las Vegas, NV; Charlotte, NC; Portland, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.

Rick Brand

Rick Brand

Rick believes that every person deserves to have a happy and fulfilled life. Through results driven coaching, Rick assists others with creating a joyful life. He is dedicated to his clients’ success. Knowing that happiness comes from within, coaching values and accountability allows people to develop a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. There is a leader in every one of us that shows up every day in all aspects of life. Exercising our leadership skills strengthens them, which in turn increases ones positive impact on the world.

Rick and his wife Debbie have two successful, grown children. He has worked at Oregon State University for the last 33 years. He makes a difference creating and supporting learning environments for the University. He says, “Students are our future leaders. What better way to make a difference in the world than having an impact on those who will lead us into the future.” In addition, as part of his community service at the University, he is part of a coaching cadre for employees at OSU.

Rick’s avocation is soccer refereeing. He has refereed at professional and amateur levels for over twenty years. He feels the game of soccer is a microcosm of life. It has the individual struggles and successes as well as a strong team aspect. Most of all it requires every participant to be a leader. In that way it is a great teacher for what is experienced in other areas of life.

Ginny Carter

Ginny Carter

Ginny Carter is passionate about Leadership Source. As a graduate of the inaugural Leadership Training in 2005, Ginny has experienced the impact of living the distinctions of leadership in her life. After completing Leadership, Ginny then completed her training to become a Certified Performance Coach, a Certified Family Coach and a Certified Dream Coach Group Leader. Ginny is also the Administrative Director for Source Point Training and brings her strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills, along with her beautiful, calm and flexible professionalism to Source Point Training.

Ginny is a rigorous coach and challenges her clients towards creating what they say they want in their life – even when the world serves up obstacles and challenges to them. Her clients know they can count on her to call forth from them more possibilities than they believe possible and creates an environment of trust and standing for their excellence.

Ginny’s background includes more than 20 years in corporate America, including 17 years in human resources. She has spent the last six years furthering her personal and professional development and managing her own coaching business. In 2009, she became affiliated with her state’s CASA Program, (Court Appointed Special Advocate), taking a stand and being a voice for the children in the foster care system.

As a Certified Professional Performance Coach, Jessica’s passion is creating powerful partnerships with other human beings to illuminate their possibilities! Her commitment as a coach is to take an outrageous stand for her clients so they create new results and have whatever they can imagine! Jessica’s light shines the brightest when she works with individuals in breaking through barriers and discovering new possibilities!

Jessica lives in the Los Angeles where she raises her two children, son, Alex 10 and daughter, Graysen 8. She is an avid CrossFitter, within her gym community she facilitates an emPOWERment group, offering accountability and a safe place for members to grow in awareness of the choices they make for their lives. Jessica is also an intern at Source Point Training, where she offers administrative support and assists in keeping the Leadership Source program running smoothly.

Helene Lynch

Helene Lynch is committed to helping women elevate their natural leadership qualities to new levels. She knows that as women become aware of their patterns, beliefs and thoughts, they can create quantum shifts in their actions to create lives, businesses, careers and relationships that they are passionate about. With over 15 years of experience as a senior retail manager, Helene is a passionate advocate for creating breakthrough strategies that guide women to fulfill their potential in new and exciting ways. She is skilled in assisting individuals and groups to move from old, restrictive patterns to new unbounded thinking that opens up unlimited possibilities both personally and professionally.

Helene is a skilled and accomplished coach who specializes in a variety of areas specific to women’s needs including leadership, discovering dreams and passions, business or career development, relationships, family and personal enrichment.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Helene now has dual residences in San Diego and Redlands, CA. She is the mother of three – Michelle, Nicole and Daniel and the proud grandmother of Bradyn. She enjoys spending time with her family and her partner, Sig, biking, day trips to the beach and traveling internationally.

Terry Lynd
Terry’s purpose in becoming a Certified Leadership Coach is to partner with others in creating and living their lives by design, acknowledging and sharing our unique gifts, talents and vision with the world in contribution. It is in living her purpose that has her continue to coach numerous Leaderships assisting other leaders to gain clarity around their vision and taking committed action in living their life by design.

Her background includes nearly 20 years in retail service, and private business owner, as well as her continued involvement with volunteer groups as a servant leader. Her passion is being in relationship with people in such a way that they see new possibilities for themselves, and take action on shifting those possibilities into becoming reality, Life by Design.

She lives in Moses Lake, Washington where sunshine is abundant and allows her to pursue her other passions in life such as gardening, landscaping, cooking and entertaining family and friends. Three adult sons add to the abundance she experiences in her life.

As a coach, curiously seeking to open new possibilities for others, her favorite question is “What would you do, if you knew you couldn’t fail?” This is where leadership begins, with you. She is passionately committed to assisting others to create and live the life they love. Let the journey begin…

Diana Navratil

Diana Navratil

Diana is a Certified Performance Coach who has coached business leaders and their staff in obtaining a shared purpose and vision within their company. She has assisted business leaders in learning new ways of being by becoming committed listeners, speakers, and inventing powerful conversations for effective actions resulting in their desired outcome. She has coached three Leadership Source trainings.

Diana, along with her husband Paul, own a European style boutique inn in Solvang California. Working in the hospitality industry along with being a leadership coach, she has learned the art of enrollment with her guests by creating strong relationships which have resulted in repeat business.
Diana specializes in individual and group coaching. Her passion as a Certified Performance Coach is to step forward and be in service to all the men and women who have raised their right hand to defend this great Country of ours. To take a very important person from where they are to where they desire to be.
She is a progressive woman, constantly in motion assimilating new information; a woman with strong values and passions; a mother with eternal love for her children and a positive thinker and believer of choices and not destiny.

Lisa Palko-Adams

Lisa Palko-Adams is a multi-dimensional certified performance coach and brings 25 years of experience as CEO/President with Palko Plumbing and Heating Supply Co. a leading wholesaler in the state of NJ serving the community, industry, staff, vendors and friends. She is a member of the Garfield Rotary since 1994, she sits on the Board for the Garfield YMCA, and was also nominated and chosen as Enterprising Woman of 2010. Lisa’s dream and passion shows up in all her dealings with people. Her strengths are building strong teams and creating long term relationships. Her commitment to others is evidence of her skills as a trustworthy, honest BE-ing.

She is continually updating her skills as coach. Her personal practice “Epic Solutions Professional Coaching” is her most recent venture. She is certified in performance coaching thru Resource Realizations, an NLP Practitioner through Resource Realizations, a certified Leadership Coach through Source Point Training and is currently in the process of certification for Relationship Coaching. She also attends various other workshops and seminars to update her skills and acquire deeper learnings of self and others.

Her purpose is to give, love and serve with the God-given talents she processes. She is a strong, powerful, compassionate woman and a Masterful Leader.

Deborah’s passion for being in service for the greater good and being a powerful committed stand for others, was formed when she attend a Leadership Training in 2005. From that Leadership Training Deborah took away powerful lessons in being a servant leader, lessons that continue to assist her on her journey of coaching others in finding their talents and treasures. A rigors and compassionate coach Deborah’s is dedicated to assisting you in creating the outcomes and results you desire in your professional and personal life.

In addition to being a Certified Leadership Coach – Deborah is a Certified Performance and Relationship Coach; and a NLP practitioner.

A first generation Californian native – Deborah ties to the Bay Area is rooted in her community volunteering and being in service in her parish church. Deborah is a Materials Buyer for a large Health Maintenance Organization located in the Northern California. Currently Deborah is training for a 1/2 Marathon in early 2012.

Kathleen is a Certified Leadership Coach with over 20 years experience in Human Resources and Organization Development for one of the leading organizations in the technology industry. She is known for her grounded presence, compassionate perspectives, refined observations and her ability to engage leaders in thought-provoking dialogue to help them achieve extraordinary results.
