Mastery of Performance Coaching provides an in-depth internalization of the coaching core principles to effectively coach clients to results.

You will experience how performance, “results-based”, coaching evokes action, energy and commitment. Mastery of Performance Coaching is ICF approved for 56.5 CCE Units.

In Mastery, you will expand your competency in modeling the core principles of effective performance coaching. By demonstrating and coaching the elements of preparation, addressing common barriers to performance, setting purposeful communication, and establishing trust with clients, your client portfolio will grow.

In Mastery, you will experience in-depth and personalized feedback about your coaching from experienced Certified Professional Performance Coaches.

In Mastery, you will build coaching proficiency through modeling, practice, feedback, adjustment and more practice.

In Mastery, you will engage in prolonged client relationships using the principles, tools and skills in your coach’s ‘tool kit’ and deepen your confidence and authenticity in using them.

In Mastery, you will identify your niche and build a platform to launch/catapult your professional coaching practice.

In Mastery, you will achieve a professional credential signifying your mastery as a Performance Coach, and become known as a credible expert and professional in the field of Performance Coaching.

In Mastery, you will belong to a supportive, innovative and collaborative community of Certified Professional Performance Coaches.

Process
You will participate in two intensive, experiential training weekends with the opportunity to receive both modeling and real time feedback of your personal coaching from Certified Professional Performance Coaches.  You will learn from a Master Coach and Senior Facilitator, who was a pioneer in the field of Professional Performance Coaching and helped to define the profession of coach and who has more than 20 years experience coaching both business and individual clients.

You will enroll and coach clients – as you will in your own coaching practice.  You will develop mastery as a Certified Professional Performance Coach as you engage in coaching multiple clients and learn to establish and maintain a successful coaching practice.

You will experience hands-on coaching, do group work with other coaches, participate in one-on-one mentor calls, teaching calls and webinars to maximize your learning between training weekends.

You will receive templates and workbook materials designed to support your practice. You will learn to set up contracts, market using all of the newest technology and have support from coaches who have successfully built a business and know what it takes to sustain client relationships, gain referrals, earn a steady income and become known as a professional in the coaching industry.

As a graduate of Mastery of Performance Coaching, you will take a written and oral certification exam.  Upon successful completion of the certification testing, you will receive the Professional Certification -– Certified Professional Performance Coach (CPPC).

Coaches who attend both Fundamentals and Mastery will have completed an ICF-supported curriculum and be able to apply for ICF credentials.

Prerequisites to Mastery: Fundamentals of Performance Coaching or completion of a foundational coaching program with 60 hours of core competencies as recognized by the International Coach Federation.
