Kelly is committed to providing the highest quality of leadership coaching and training available. She firmly believes we are all at the source of change, and  that proven leadership principles enable us to invent and create extraordinary lives. So, she is extremely passionate about the Leadership Source training and the principles it presents in teaching and coaching.

Bringing a contagious blend of professionalism and authenticity to her coaching and training, Kelly has the ability to relate to real-life situations, while rigorously challenging people at many levels both professionally and personally. She is known for mentoring coaches and leaders to success NOW. After all, her motto is “Leaders don’t wait!”

With 20 years of business experience spanning portfolio management, strategic planning, team development, and customer support training, Kelly has learned key leadership principles along the way. As a result, she has mastered the ability to create relationships built on trust, loyalty, and a commitment to success. Her passion for achieving personal excellence drives her coaching and training in leadership, building business partnerships that work, and personal growth.

Kelly achieved her certification in Performance Coaching through Resource Realization’s Academy of Coaching and founded her coaching business, Creative Solutions Coaching in 2004. Prior to jumping on the Source Point Training team, Kelly was instrumental in the design and launch of the Resource Realizations Leadership Program in 2005. Since then, she has coached, trained and certified more than 100 Leadership Coaches, and helped to produce more than 1,000 Academy graduates who went on to become leaders nationally and internationally. She also achieved certification as a Facilitative Coach in 2006 and a Neuro Linguistics Program Practitioner in 2007, and is a Certified Mentor Coach.

Kelly is a member of the International Coach Federation and the International Association of Coaches. She is a board member of RREC Non-Profit, which provides training for people who otherwise are not financially able to receive quality training. She was honored by the San Fernando Valley Girl Scouts as Woman of the Year in 2008. Kelly frequently speaks to professional businesses and various organizations on how to bring leadership principles into their environment for positive change. One of her keynotes is entitled:  Leadership – Taking Committed Action, Experiencing Extraordinary Results!
